1.Shipments and Delivery
You bear all risk of loss and damage to the products from the time they have cleared our warehouse. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot reroute after an order has been shipped from our warehouse. NAJASH will not be responsible for errors in delivery when the shipping address indicated in the order is not correct or have wrong data or omitted data necessary for its location.
Please note, that if no signature is collect at the time delivery, you agree to these terms and conditions: to authorize NAJASH to leave the package at the shipping address without obtaining a signature and release, and to indemnify NAJASH from liability for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the package at your shipping address without obtaining a signature. Delivery times appearing on the Website ( DHL) are estimated and are to be used only as a guide. Delivery times will start to be counted from the date of shipping.

1. Returns 
The merchandise purchased on the Website can be returned within seven (7) days of the receipt date. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with tags and packaging original included. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please email customer service for a return approval before shipping back the package, contact@najash.co NAJASH is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the products if it was approved by costumer service .

1. Refunds
Once your package is receive, please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.
Credit card: our bank will reimburse you within seven (7) business days of the return acceptance confirmation e-mail. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the credit card issuer.

1. Repairs
NAJASH will repair without charges any damaged Bag, if the damage occurs within three (3) months of purchase. Any of those items damaged over 3 months from the purchase date are subject to repair fees.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
To request a repair please email us at contact@najash.co with a brief explanation of your repair request. You will receive an email in which indicate if the repair proceeds free of charges or not and the authorization number of repair, which must be indicate in the shipment.
